What your guests get their hands on.
All of it runs in the browser on their phone. No download, no account, no cost.
- Inviting guests — QR code, guest link or six-digit code. Three routes into the same interface.
- Song requests — Guests search the Apple Music catalogue and drop tracks into the queue — with no subscription of their own.
- Voting — Everyone votes on everyone else's requests. Whatever sits at the top plays next.
- Screen mode — Event code, the track playing and the requests coming up on a TV, projector or second monitor.
- No shared Wi-Fi — Every guest uses their own connection. No password goes around, no load on your network.
What you keep hold of.
Letting people decide is not losing control. You set the frame before the first request arrives.
- Auto DJ — When the queue runs dry it adds tracks that match the event so far. No more silence.
- Background playback — Juqed Go keeps playing when you lock the iPhone and pocket it. Your device stays yours.
- Event recap — The morning after: every track, where it came from and what defined the night — with no guest names.
- Save as playlist — Everything that played, as a new playlist in your own Apple Music library — for you and for every guest.
- Your own music — folders from your computer become a second source, including everything you cannot stream anywhere. The files stay with you.
- Personalise your event — Host, occasion and — with Juqed Gold — your logo or photo: on your guests' phones and large on the screen.
- Explicit content — One switch blocks what Apple marks as explicit — until a time you choose if you like, say once the kids have gone home.
- Blocklist and fair use — What must not play, and how much any one person may do. All of it optional.
What Juqed Gold adds.
These four have no page of their own, because they are covered in full where they belong. They are listed here for completeness all the same.
- Unlimited events — The event no longer ends the next morning, it runs on — for bars, venues and anything that opens every day.
- Permanently valid QR codes — Printed once, valid indefinitely. The code on the table does not need swapping every week.
- Curated playlists — Over 70 seasonally maintained sets in nine categories, around 90 to 100 tracks each.
- Autopilot — The fifth Auto DJ source: it plays like a DJ rather than strictly in order, and your own requests carry more weight.
Most of this exists because someone asked.
Juqed is not a finished product off a shelf; it grows with what hosts actually need. Screen mode exists because people did not want to hand their phone around. The blocklist exists because one song was not to be played.
